I run the full UX cycle end to end — stakeholder and user interviews, journey and flow mapping, low- and high-fidelity prototyping, and moderated usability testing. I turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear information architecture and validated interaction models before a single pixel is polished. Every decision ties back to a measurable user goal and a business outcome, so the work survives contact with engineering, data, and real users rather than living only in a deck.

I build visual systems that scale — design tokens, component libraries, and documented usage rules that keep dozens of screens and multiple teams consistent. I work pixel-precise but system-first: every color, spacing step, and state is a token, so a brand or theme change propagates everywhere at once. The result is a library engineers implement 1:1, with light/dark and WCAG AA accessibility built in from the start rather than retrofitted.

I shape brands from strategy down to the smallest touchpoint — positioning, naming, visual identity, and tone of voice. I design systems flexible enough to stretch across social, print, product UI, and large-format event environments without losing coherence. A brand I build is meant to last years and flex across contexts, documented so internal teams and external vendors can extend it without diluting it.

I do not view generative AI merely as a tool for superficial asset generation or basic text automation. Instead, I integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) deeply into the core of product delivery pipelines, building functional prototypes and advanced proof-of-concept tools using Claude Code, Cursor IDE, and MCP protocols. I architect and deploy custom operational automations to optimize design asset validation, compressing cross-functional production timelines from 6 weeks down to just 2–3 weeks. By establishing AI-augmented collaboration workflows, I permanently bridge the technical and communication gap between product strategy, design, and engineering within Agile environments. My approach is fundamentally driven by enterprise scalability: I define rigorous handoff standards, optimize design systems for AI readiness, and mentor cross-functional teams on advanced prompt engineering and agentic workflows.

I have built and led multidisciplinary teams of up to 20 senior designers, researchers, and developers across international, cross-functional projects. Leadership for me is as much process design as people management — defining clear ownership, review rituals, and quality standards that let a team move fast without fragmenting. I set and enforce a consistent UX/UI vision across client work, mentor designers toward autonomy, and build a design culture grounded in evidence, inclusivity, and openness to testing.

Mentoring is where I compound my impact beyond any single project. Day to day I coach designers and developers toward autonomy — giving feedback, unblocking decisions, and making space for people to own outcomes. Beyond the studio I mentor and judge at major industry events, including Europe’s largest in-person hackathon, and run training on digital product design, tooling, and AI-native workflows. The goal is always the same: to leave behind stronger practitioners and healthier teams, not dependency on me.
